Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• If delay due to high order volume or stock issues, customers will be notified by email/SMS.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
• Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 business days
• Remote Locations / Northeast / J&K: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, strikes, logistics delays, or festival seasons.
3. Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
• A standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply for orders below the free-shipping threshold.
• COD (Cash on Delivery) is also available across most states.
4. Order Tracking
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
• Track the order status anytime through the courier partner’s website or our order tracking page.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address and contact information.
If the address is incorrect or incomplete, delivery may be delayed or returned. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
6. Undelivered / RTO Orders
If the courier marks an order as RTO (Return to Origin) because the customer was unavailable, phone number was unreachable, or address was incorrect:
• We can reship the order after reconfirmation.
• Reshipping fees may apply for COD or prepaid orders.
